Developed the audience definition and Instagram-first launch strategy for Blumantti, a kosher Moscato under Noble Wines. While the product and bottle design were established, the brand lacked clarity on who to target beyond the general kosher wine consumer. My role was to define a focused audience and shape the launch approach.
